Shoulder Time
Shoulder pads have come back BIG time. Thanks to Balmain and Margiela, they are seen everywhere in the high-end, high street, low street in this summer. Just when we think that the 80s vibe will be done by summer..... it's not! Coming Fall, designers are taking it up on the next level.
